To enable the rule: 1. Go to the **User Management Portal**. 2. Navigate using the left-hand panel to **Rules Management**. 3. Search for **"CAT Score"**. 4. ✅ Enable the rule that will allow you to identify patients whose CAT score and MRC Grade you'd like to monitor. **🔍 How the CAT score is calculated** The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test (CAT) score is calculated based on the sum of values responded to each of the questions 2 to 9 in the questionnaire.
