You can now send patients a message individually or in a batch and limit the booking-link to a certain Staff Member(s) or Site! 🥳
How It Works
- On Patient View and Population View you can send a single or bulk message. You will have the option to control which staff members, slot types, and sites a booking link applies to.
- You can combine multiple criteria (e.g., site and staff member) to target specific booking options. This means only slots that match all selected criteria will be available. For example, if you choose a specific staff member and a site, only that staff member’s slots at that site will be bookable.
- You can select multiple options per category (e.g., multiple sites, staff members, or slot types). If you choose Site A and Site B, available slots at both sites will appear in the patient portal.
- At least one option must be selected. Previously, a slot type selection was required—now, any one selection (staff, site, or slot type) is sufficient.
Limitations
- This feature is currently available only for single and bulk messaging.
- It is not yet supported for automated recalls but will be included in future updates.
