An alert will appear in the Proactive Monitoring Tool when it has been 2 days since receiving our last data upload as shown below:
This is to indicate there is a disconnection in the pipeline, requiring the below action:
- The gateway computer is turned on and logged into by an assigned user
- SystmOne is running on the gateway
- The Proactive Monitoring Tool is running on the gateway
To ensure action is taken to reconnect the pipeline as per the 3 steps listed above, a warning message will pop up when 4 days have passed since the last data upload:
If no action is taken, a lockout will occur at 7 days with no data upload in order to prevent out of date recommendations. Again, this will resolve once completing the 3 action steps listed above.
