Data Status Warning

An alert will appear in the Proactive Monitoring Tool when it has been 2 days since receiving our last data upload as shown below:

This is to indicate there is a disconnection in the pipeline, requiring the below action:

  1. The gateway computer is turned on and logged into by an assigned user 
  2. SystmOne is running on the gateway
  3. The Proactive Monitoring Tool is running on the gateway 

To ensure action is taken to reconnect the pipeline as per the 3 steps listed above, a warning message will pop up when 4 days have passed since the last data upload:



If no action is taken, a lockout will occur at 7 days with no data upload in order to prevent out of date recommendations. Again, this will resolve once completing the 3 action steps listed above.
