Reset Recall Attempt every 1st of April

Reset Recall automatically restarts your automated recall configuration on the1st April each year, so patients receive their eligible invites at the start of every financial year without you needing to manually recreate recurring recalls. 

What does this mean? 

With Reset Recall enabled, your recalls automatically start fresh each year on the 1st of April. There’s no need to re-create or refresh them, patients are picked up again as they become eligible, keeping your recall process clean and accurate. 

Key Details

  • Default Setting:
    The reset option is ON by default in the Proactive Monitoring Tool 

  •  Where to find it: You'll see the tickbox option at step 3 of the 7-step recall building steps, when creating a recall via Add Recall in Population View.
  • Turning it off:
     To disable reset for a recall,go to User Management Portal → Automated Recalls →Select the Recall → Configuration → Untick Reset recall
