What is reset recall? 

📢 New Feature: Recall Reset on April 1st

We’ve added an option allowing you to customise your automated recall configuration even further - automatic recall reset on April 1st each year 🎉

What does this mean? 

The Recall Reset feature resets your automated recall configuration to restart invites from April 1st every year. This means that recalls will automatically reset without needing to manually recreate, and ensures patients receive their eligible invites annually. 

Key Details

  • Default Setting:
    The reset option is ON by default in the Proactive Monitoring Tool 

  • Where to Find It:
    You'll find the tickbox option when creating your recall through 'Add Recall' in the population view

  • Existing Recalls:
    All existing recalls will also be set to reset on April 1st by default. If you prefer not to use this feature, you can simply turn it off in the User Management Portal under Automated Recalls → Configuration.

     

Why We’ve Added This

We introduced the Recall Reset feature to:

  • 📩 Ensure recalls continue to engage patients each financial year

  • 🕓 Save time by preventing the need to re-create or refresh recurring recalls each financial year
