Editing Automated Recall Filters

Adjust recall criteria at any time for automatic population updates

You can now edit filters on existing recalls directly within the User Management Portal. Whether you missed adding exclusions, need to include new clinical indications or tasks, or want to add or remove opportunistic patients, there is no longer any need to recreate recalls from scratch.

Simply update your recall filters, and the system will automatically recalculate the recall population for you.

Why This Matters

  • 🧹Reduce Duplicates: Cleaner workflows with fewer unnecessary or overlapping recalls

  • 🎯Improves Accuracy: Enhanced targeting of patients results in more precise recall lists

  • 🧠Flexible and Intuitive: Adjust exclusions, indications, tasks and more - all from one place

πŸ’‘Heads up! This feature is only available for Admin users.
