How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, head to our Web Portal and follow the quick steps below to reset it.

Watch a quick walkthrough

  1. On the sign in page, select Forgot password? Click here.

  2. Enter your NHS email address you used to create your account.

  3. Select Send code to receive a recovery code by email.

  4. Check your inbox and enter the recovery code.

  5. Enter your new password and confirm it.

  6. Select Set new password to complete the reset.

ℹ️ You'll then be prompted to sign in using your new password.

💡 Didn't receive a code? Check your junk/spam folder, and make sure you're using the same email address your account was originally set up with.
