Data Status Warning (SystmOne)

If there's a disconnection in the data pipeline between the Gateway PC and Abtrace, you'll see an alert in the Proactive Monitoring Tool. These are to prevent out of date patient recommendations being shown.

To reconnect the pipeline, you need to ensure the following:

  1. Gateway PC is turned on and logged into
  2. SystmOne is logged into
  3. Proactive Monitoring Tool is running on the same Gateway PC

What happens if the disconnection continues?

Day 2 - Gateway Status turns amber

Your Gateway Status will appear as amber, letting you know the last data update was 2 days ago. Check that both the Proactive Monitoring Tool and SystmOne are running on your gateway.

Day 4 - Gateway Status amber warning

This is to indicate there is still a disconnection in the pipeline and 4 days have passed since the last data upload.

Day 7 - Gateway Status turns red and lockout occurs

After 7 days without a successful data upload, no clinical information will be displayed until the data is refreshed. This is to prevent out-of-date recommendations from being shown.

Completing the same 3 steps above at any stage will reconnect the pipeline.

🕑 NoteData is processed overnight. Once reconnected, the warning will clear and access to the Proactive Monitoring Tool will typically be restored the following day.
