Administration

Check out our our Analytics dashboards in User Management Portal here (beta), and read the help article here.

The Analytics View offers selected users to view insights into achievement tracking and utilisation of the Proactive Monitoring Tool, and the rules which are enabled at your practice. We suggest using this feature when looking at general trends over time, helping you stay up to date with your monitoring and targets.

When navigating to the Administration landing page, you will see a summary of the number of rules enabled, by practice; breakdown by type of rule and conditions (indications) covered; and total patient messages sent (SMS and email).

In the menu bar, select the condition you'd like to explore further with a detailed dashboard.

Administration

We have dashboards covering the following (with more coming soon!):

Rules

Messaging

Rules

The Rules at your Practice dashboard shows a list of all the rules currently enabled at your practice, and full details of these. This includes what the relevant Indication and Task for the rule includes.

Rules

This list is searchable, using the search bar along the top of the dashboard. The dropdown filters on the left-hand side can also be used to filter the list down by:

  • Ruleset e.g., QOF
  • Indication type e.g., Medications
  • Indications e.g., ACE-i/ARBs
  • Task type e.g., Blood Test
  • Tasks e.g., Full Blood Count

All filters can be cleared by clicking the ‘Clear all filters’ button.

The filters should mirror the filters which are available on Population View.

Find more information about Abtrace's Monitoring Rules here and manage your rules in the Rules Management Portal.
