⚙️ Associated Monitoring Rules

To use the Weight Questionnaire effectively, the relevant monitoring rules associated with Weight as a task must be enabled. To enable Weight monitoring rules:

  1. Go to the User Management Portal.
  2. Navigate using the left-hand panel to Rules Management.
  3. Search and enable the following rules:

    ✅ Asthma patients (aged 12+) should have an assessment of asthma control once per financial year

    ✅Asthma patients (aged under 12) should have an assessment of asthma control once per financial year

How the Asthma Control score is calculated

Each asthma control question will be assigned a score based on the tables below. The resulting Asthma Control score is calculated as the sum of the five scores for adults and seven scores for children.
