You can exclude patients from receiving automated messages from Abtrace
Yes, this is possible. In order to do this there are a couple of steps:
1. Make sure that you are happy that you do NOT want the patient to be automatically contacted by Abtrace
2. Add the code Recall postponed (finding) - 185556008 to the patient record
3. Let your Abtrace point of contact know, or email support@abtrace.co, so that we can have this actioned for you
4. Once actioned on our end, you can start excluding patients from specific recalls that you build. To do so, make use of the Exclusions box when building your recalls in the Population View.
NB: just adding the code to the notes will not automatically exclude these patients, so please do let us know if this is something you would like to do.
