You can exclude patients from receiving automated messages from Abtrace
Yes, this is possible. In order to do this there are a couple of steps:#
1. Make sure that you are happy that you do NOT want the patient to be automatically contacted by Abtrace for any reason
2. Add the code Recall postponed (finding) - 185556008 to the patient record
3. Let your Abtrace point of contact know, or email support@abtrace.co, sot that we can have this actioned for you
NB: just adding the code to the notes will not automatically exclude these patients, so please do let us know if this is something you would like to do.
