Unable to load patient demographics from EMIS: Error code: -179, Description: Access Denied

The error "Error rejecting recommendation: Error code: -179, Description: Access Denied" is directly linked to the level of access the user has in EMIS. The user's EMIS profile is missing one of the three required RBACs for filing. These are:

• B8029
• B0360
• B0380

The user's role profile is a smart card role profile, so the user will need to request that the missing RBAC access is added to their smart card profile by the practice's registration authority.
