Why am I seeing the message 'Exceeded maximum limit of patients to contact' in my Automation Execution report?

This will happen when all of the patients that meet the automation criteria have already been contacted, and are not due to be contacted again this week because of the limit that you have set for how frequently the same patients are contacted.

For example, if only 14 patients meet the rule criteria, and you have decided not to send repeat messages to the same patients within 28 days, no patients will be messaged when the weekly search runs. If these patients still meet the rule criteria once 28 days have passed since their last message, they will be contacted again. If new patients become eligible for the rule between days 1 and 28, they will be messaged when the search runs instead.
