How do I create a custom automated recall for patients of different age groups?

You can create an automated recall tailored to a specific age group by filtering your patient cohort in Population view before setting the recall up.

Step-by-step

1. Open Population view.
2. Select Groups at the bottom of the left-hand panel to turn on the age filter.
3. Toggle on the Age tab, close the pop-up, then drag the red age slider at the bottom left of the screen to set the age group you want to recall. You can also use the left and right arrow keys to adjust the slider more precisely.
4. Select + Add Recall and follow the prompts to configure your automated recall.

Why filter by age group?
