How to Download and Install the Abtrace Proactive Monitoring Tool?

You can also follow the steps outlined below 👇

1. Log in to Abtrace

1. • Go to Abtrace.com and click Log In in the top-right corner.
   • If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.
   • If not, click Create an Account and follow the steps to register.

2. Locate the Downloads Section

   • Once logged in, you’ll be in the User Management Portal.
   • On the right-hand side of the screen, find the Downloads section.
     
     You’ll see two versions of the installer. Choose the one that matches your Electronic Health Record system: EMIS or SystmOne.
     
     

3. Download the Installer

   • • Click on the correct installer. A pop-up will appear asking you to download the file.
     • Click Save and wait for the download to complete.

4. Install the Tool

   • • Once the download is complete (and the blue progress bar disappears), launch the installer.
     • You can also find it in your Downloads folder.
     • The tool will start installing automatically.

5. Complete Installation

   • • When the installation is complete, you’ll see a confirmation window.
     • You can now log in to the tool using the same credentials as your User Management Portal account.

Once the Abtrace Proactive Monitoring tool is installed, you will be able to find the shortcut on your start button or your desktop. 🎉
