How to update the encryption keys? (SystmOne users only)

This typically happens when the encryption keys are wrong in your settings. Check out this section to find the right keys and replace them in your settings:

1. On the tool, click on your initials > Settings
2. Scroll down to the encryption keys settings and input the ones from your shared drive.
