I can't install the application

Installing the Proactive Monitoring Tool does not require administrative permissions, so you should be able to install it without any issues. See our guide on How to Install the Proactive Monitoring Tool.

That said, some practice IT departments do not allow installation of unknown software. The exact error message will vary depending on the practice. If this happens, please contact your IT department directly. 

Some IT departments may need to run a compliance exercise before whitelisting the application. If that's the case, reach out to support@abtrace.co for help.
