The patient name is not displayed in the patient view (EMIS)

This happens when the EMIS user is missing some accesses granted by their smart card. The profile might be missing any of the following required RBACs: B8029, B0360 and B0380.

To fix the issue, you will need to request that these three RBACs are added to your smart card profile by the practice's registration authority (usually, the practice manager).
