A warning message will appear when 7 days have passed without a successful data upload to prevent out of date recommendations.
To arrange a new data upload, you will need to ensure:
- The gateway computer is turned on and logged into by an assigned user
- SystmOne is running on the gateway
- The Proactive Monitoring Tool is running on the gateway
Once the above is complete, the pipeline will reconnect, prompting a data upload. This is then processed overnight, removing the warning message the following day and restoring access to the Proactive Monitoring Tool.
